Is that really buttercream???
I specialize in buttercream cakes. Although I do offer fondant cakes as well, almost all of the cakes pictured on my website are frosted with buttercream. Using the latest techniques of cake decorating, I get my frosting so smooth that you and your guests will be shocked to know that your cake is frosted with buttercream! Most of my cakes use fondant only for the decorations. This benefits you in two ways: you get the delicious taste of a buttercream cake that has the professional look of a fondant cake, plus you pay less than you would for an all-fondant cake!

I have been decorating cakes for over 10 years for friends and family, and now that I'm a stay-at-home mom, I've decided to make a business out of it!
